Owner, Maria, quoted a price for permanent makeup on eyebrows, including the typical touchup required after healing of initial treatment.

Everything was great with the initial treatment but Maria called to cancel the touchup appointment as she had the flu understandable. However, when I called to reschedule she asked to call me back and never did. I left 2 voicemails asking to reschedule and she never returned either call.

I am now left with unfinished eyebrows and apparently I am out the money I paid for the retouch.

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Would have given a zero rating if that was available.
